    How is this not a prison? If you are going to give someone a life sentence for what they did, be honest and call it a life sentence. Don't call it a hospital. This is inhuman. It is like the insane asylums of the 1800s. Lock em up and throw away the key. And do not bother with humane treatment, after all, they are not human any more.
